(Okt. 2004) Norbert aus 33154 Salzkotten / Deutschland hat uns einige Zeilen zu den Fotos geschrieben, vielen Dank dafür ... Norbert from Germany is the proud owner of this 1961 Dexta. His uncle bought this tractor brand new. It was sold by the dealer Franz Kleine, this company is building farm equipment today. (Look here at what they build). The Dexta was the only tractor for years and had to do all the farm jobs. In the 1970´s his uncle bought two new IHC tractors and from that time on, the Dexta was used to do the lighter jobs. At this time, Norbert is doing a restoration on his lady and the job is nearly finished. Be sure and send me a picture after you get her done. E-Mail

"Der Fordson Dexta ist Baujahr 1961 und immer im Besitz meines Onkels gewesen. In den ersten Jahren ist er als einziger Trecker auf diesem 14ha gewesen. Bei uns in Salzkotten liefen damals mehrere Dexta, Händler war bei uns in der Stadt Fa Franz Kleine, bekannt auch durch die Rübenvollernter. Nebenbei hat mein Onkel schon für andere Bauern gespritzt, welches mit dem Dexta immer gut ging. Anfang der 70er wurden 2 zusätzlich Trecker ICH 624 und IHC 453 gekauft und der Dexta blieb als kleiner Trecker für die Heuernte und Zugarbeiten auf dem Hof. Heute benützen wir ihn weiterhin für Wagen fahren, Garten pflügen und grubbern und natürlich für Oldtimertreffen. Nach der Renovierung ist er auch wieder eine Augenweide."

Hier wurde eine zusätzliche Hydraulikpumpe für den Frontlader und für Anbaugeräte eingebaut. Die Pumpe wird direkt vom Motor angetrieben. Ein zusätzlicher Öltank befindet sich unter der Motorhaube, dort wo normalerweise die Batterie steht. Die zusätzliche Pumpe kann mit einem Hebel an- und ausgeschaltet werden. Vielen Dank für die schönen Bilder ... This Dexta is fitted with an extra hydraulic system, it has a pump in front of the engine, and an oiltank in front of the Diesel tank. This system is serving all auxilliary equipment, i.e. the front loader (not fitted at the foto), and also rear mounted equipments, such as this crane. The 2nd hydraulic pump can be switched on and off with a lever (fitted behind the starter lever).
