22. Februar 2004 Am Hydraulikblock habe ich viel Arbeit gehabt. Etliche Teile waren verbogen, festgerostet, verschlissen und undicht. Einige Teile habe ich mir bei Lindner besorgt. Die dicke Feder samt Kleinteile, die Steuerschiene für den Haupthebel und die Steuerwelle. Erneuert wurden alle Dichtungen und die Buchsen für die Hubwelle. Der Block ist nun fast fertig, zu erledigen habe ich noch die Einstellarbeiten. Die mache ich am nächsten Wochenende. Hier nun einige Bilder vom Zusammenbau .... It was a big job to finish the lift cover. Many parts were bent, rusty, worn out and leaking. I replaced a good number of parts. I renewed the big spring including all the small parts, the quadrant and the steering shaft. I also renewed all the seals and the bushings for the cross shaft. Lindner supplied me with the parts. The lift cover is nearly finished. Next weekend I'll show how to adjust the hydraulics properly. Here's a few pictures of what I did to my lift cover.

Hallo Leute, ich habe letzte Woche die Hydraulikpumpe zerlegt und vermessen. Fordson gibt an das auf der Einlasseite ein maximaler Verschleiß von 0.0025 inch oder 0.06 mm zulässig ist. Bei meiner Pumpe habe ich 0.07 mm gemessen. Die ist also schrott. Hartmut Lindner hat mir eine gebrauchte Pumpe geschickt, die werde ich nächste Woche zerlegen und vermessen. ... Hello guys, last week I dismantled my hydraulic lift pump and checked it for wear. The maximum wear out measured at the inlet side should not be more than 0.0025 inch or 0.06mm, I measured 0.07mm. The pump is scrap. I got another pump off of Hartmut Linder I'll dismantle it, and check it for wear before I install it next week.

Die neue Hydraulikpumpe ist in Ordnung, ich habe alle Dichtungen erneuert. Der Einbau erfolgt später ... The new hydraulic pump is O.K., I renewed all the seals. It's now ready for installation.
